|UPDATE 2/6/24 - The County, in partnership with State Parks and the CIty of Pacific Grove, has opened up a warming center on the Asilomar Conference Center at Social Hall. The warming center will be open 2/5-2/9 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will not be opening the Council Chambers for use as a warming center.

Some additional Storm Prep Tips:
Have flashlights on hand with plenty of back-up batteries.
Charge phones and other electronics.
Talk to loved ones or neighbors that may have difficulty getting around and make sure to have a plan in place to provide them the assistance they might need during the storms.
Prepare flood-prone areas on your property with sandbags. Self-serve sandbags are available behind the Fire Department.
