City Hall is now open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Closed from noon-1:00 PM. You may still complete transactions by e-mail, phone or online through the website. Click Here for the Staff Directory.

If you need to drop off materials (payments, applications, etc.) for any department, a mail drop off box is available in the Police Department Lobby (580 Pine Avenue) from 7am until 11pm.

The City of Pacific Grove has also installed a drop box located at 300 Forest Ave (on the Forest Ave side) to be used for any City business including: City correspondence, permit applications, plans, parking permits, and much more! Please call (831) 646-3100 for assistance.

PARK CLOSURES:In alignment with the California Department of Public Health guidance posted on September 28, 2020, all City of Pacific Grove Playgrounds have reopened.

When visiting the playgrounds, please "play it safe" and follow the guidelines in the flyer (click here to view).

Face coverings and physical distancing of at least 6' is required when at City parks and using park and play equipment.
