CAMPAIGN FILING STATEMENTS
ACCESS THE CITY OF PACIFIC GROVE'S PUBLIC PORTAL FOR CAMPAIGN FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE FOR CAMPAIGN FINANCE FORMS FILED BY CANDIDATES AND COMMITTEES.

Form 700State law (CA Gov. Code 87200) requires the Form 700 be filed by the City of Pacific Grove’s Mayor, City Council, City Manager, City Attorney, Finance Director, and candidates for any of these offices at any election. The City of Pacific Grove’s Conflict of Interest Code defines and designates additional individuals required to file the Form 700. All elected officials, candidates for political office, board members, commissioners, committee members, designated staff members, and certain consultants serving the City must file the form. Copies of the statements of economic interests filed by elected officers and candidates for elected office may be obtained  thorugh the City of Pacific Grove's Public Portal, in the office of the City Clerk at 300 Forest Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA 93950 by visiting the Fair Political Practices Commission, 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento, CA, or by visiting the FPPC website.

Form 806The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) requires each agency to post a Form 806 which reports additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions of an intergovernmental public agency, special district, and joint power agency/authorities. Each agency must post a Form 806 listing all paid appointed positions including the date appointed, length of term and stipend amount received. (CA FPPC Reg. §18705.5)

The Form 806 will be amended when: 1) the number of scheduled meetings has changed; 2) there is a change in the compensation paid to the members; or 3) when the City Council makes a new appointment.

The Fair Political Practices Commission requires each agency to post a list of Section 87505 filers that are forwarded to the FPPC.
