One member shall be a licensed architect with preservation experience, one shall be a licensed general contractor with preservation experience, and one shall be a representative of the Pacific Grove Heritage Society (Heritage Society shall appoint its member).

Any property may be added to the City’s Historic Resources Inventory in accordance with the requirements of Municipal Code Section 23.76.030(a). Inclusion on the Inventory is based on the criteria listed in Municipal Code Section 23.76.025 and is not limited to a specific year of construction.
