Elmarie Dyke Open Space is located adjacent to Chautauqua Hall, between 16th and 17th Streets. It has been landscaped as an urban garden with flowering plants, benches and tables, and a gazebo. Applicable fees will be charged for reservations. A use permit is required for weddings. ADA
