STANDARD CONTRACT AGREEMENTS 

The City has created standard contract templates to ensure that appropriate terms and conditions are incorporated into each procurement. The template types and corresponding uses of these contracts are listed below:

• Suppliers
• Delivery services
• Miscellaneous services: Office equipment repair technicians, some types of inspectors, and many other businesses

• Amendments to contracts are needed when there is a change in costs, term, or other related deliverables
• A new contract may be required if there is significant change in scope or the addition of an unrelated proposal

All vendors doing business with the City must complete a W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification form.
