4/12/22 SPECIAL ELECTION ON BALLOT MEASURE 

On December 15, 2021, Council unanimously voted to declare the existence of an emergency that requires the immediate and urgent enactment of a tax measure to preserve public peace, health, and safety of the City. Thereafter, Council called for a special election placing the measure on the ballot to be presented to the City's electorate on April 12, 2022.  For the full text of the Ballot, see Ordinance 21-032.
