Tai Chi for Health

This is a gentle exercise program suitable for beginners and intermediate students. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that can also be used to enhance health. Research studies show Tai Chi increase balance, flexibility, and immunity. Thai Chi for Arthritis is the official form of the Arthritis Foundation of the USA and Australia.

Ages: 15 and up. Men and women are welcome
Day/Time: Saturday 10:30 or 11:30 am
Session: Sequential 6 week sessions

Fee: $80/6 weeks; Returning students $10.00/class
