Classes teach 24 Form Yang Style Tai Chi, starting with the opening movement and progressing through the forms. Special attention is paid to understanding the Ten Essentials of Tai Chi and incorporating them into your practice. Elements of Sun Style and Qi Gong will also be introduced.
Instructed by Ms. Alena of Imagine Dance, classes will use contemporary dance as participants explore movement and exercise with some emphasis on modern dance and ballet.
Jazzercise is the original dance party workout with a blend of Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Classes will incorporate HIIT cardio dance moves with strength training for the ultimate full-body workout.
