OM Studios owner Lindsay Wetterau will guide you in building your yoga practice from the ground up. Each posture will be taught in a way that allows the student time to develop a strong, healthy, safe, and mindful yoga practice. This class will incorporate poses into a slow, meditative, and calm practice. Perfect for beginners or even advanced practitioners wishing to slow down. We will use gentle movement and breath work to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness.
Jazzercise is the original dance party workout with a blend of Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing. Classes will incorporate HIIT cardio dance moves with strength training for the ultimate full-body workout.
