The City's current "Welcome Home" housing initiatve found that more than 1/3 of individuals surveyed responded that they wanted to prioritize strategies that promote affordability by the Better Use of Existing Housing, which Home Match Monterey does!

During the COVID-19 health emergency, Monterey Bay Economic Partnership (MBEP) continues to support local governments and other partners in addressing housing needs.

The Housing Division offers information and referral services to citizens requesting help with housing. Call (831) 648-3199 for help with Housing.

The Vista Point apartment complex on Jewell Avenue near Lover's Point is an Affordable Housing Project for Senior Citizens. This complex is managed by Eden Housing Management. Please click here for more information.
