The City of Pacific Grove is accepting proposals from qualified firms to review the Pacific Grove Zoning Code and General Plan requirements, specifically to streamline permit processes, permitted uses and relevant definitions, to implement programs in the Housing Element that achieve Regional Housing Needs Assessment requirements.
If you or your firm has experience in the development of General Plan and zoning code regulations, implementation of Housing Element programs, and preparation of CEQA documents, we invite you to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP).
