Request for Proposal for Project Oversight and Inspection Services for the Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program (HRLP) 
Three (3) hard paper copies of sealed Proposals must be submitted to the address below by no later than 2:00 PM, Friday, May 3, 2019.
All sealed Proposals must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner, “Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program Project Oversight and Inspection” and sent to the following address:
