Request for Proposal for Property Management Services for the Poet's Perch 

The City is seeking a firm or individual to serve as the Property Manager for the City-owned Poet's Perch, a single family dwelling in the City's historic Retreat neighborhood. Please see the attached RFP for the details and submit proposals to the City Clerk no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

All sealed Proposals must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner, “Property Management Services for the Poet’s Perch” and sent to the following address:
