The City of Pacific Grove, California, seeks the services of a professional consultant to prepare an amendment to the Pacific Grove Local Coastal Program (LCP). The scope of these amendments will include policies, regulations, and other implementation measures related to coastal wildlife and habitat protection from sea level rise and coastal development and the necessary environmental analysis required by the Coastal Commission to support the LCP amendment.
