Request for Qualification (RFQ) for On-Call Designer/Draftsperson Services 

The City of Pacific Grove invites qualified and experienced professionals to submit their qualifications, along with an escalating fee schedule and hourly rates, for the position of an on-call Housing Rehabilitation Project Plan Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm.

This RFQ aims to engage a skilled Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm who will play a pivotal role in drafting project plans for the rehabilitation of qualified Single-Family Homes of low-income residents within Pacific Grove, which aim to address critical health, safety, code, and accessibility-related rehabilitation needs.

Please note: the cost of these services will not exceed $39,000 in the given contract year.
