Request for Proposal for Housing Assessment and for Implementation of Housing Element Programs and SB2 Planning Grant Application Strategies

The City of Pacific Grove is accepting proposals from qualified firms to review the Pacific Grove Zoning Code and General Plan requirements, specifically to streamline permit processes, permitted uses and relevant definitions, to implement programs in the Housing Element that achieve Regional Housing Needs Assessment requirements.
 
If you or your firm has experience in the development of General Plan and zoning code regulations, implementation of Housing Element programs, and preparation of CEQA documents, we invite you to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposal package must include:
 
• An original of the entire proposal, including all original ink signatures.
• Two (2) complete copies of the entire proposal, labeled "Copy.”
• Electronic version of entire proposal on CD.
 
The entire package must be placed in a sealed envelope labeled "PROPOSAL - PACIFIC GROVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING ASSESSMENT.” Said package must have the name and address of the proposer on the outside and be delivered to:
