The Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD) is looking for a
volunteer to assist the Management Analyst with the City’s Records
Management and Digitization Project. This work involves researching,
scanning, and uploading property records to the City’s Database. The
volunteer will receive hands-on training in office procedures and
equipment, special programs and database management, basic data mining and
analysis, the City’s Records Retention Schedule, Google Drive and Apps, and
Ms. Office applications. Time commitment for this position is at least 6
months and will require at least two 4-hour shifts per week. For more
