Beginning March 3, 2021, the following Monterey County residents will be eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine:

• Health care workers, long-term care residents, and emergency services personnel (continued)
• Residents 65 years and older not previously vaccinated
• All individuals 16 and older who are at risk of exposure while working in food, agriculture, childcare, education, and emergency services (visit California Department of Health website for a list of critical infrastructure workers included in these industry sectors).

Vaccine appointments are for those living and working in Monterey County and are members of the phase and tier currently being vaccinated. Individuals will be asked for proof of employment as a sector worker or proof of age over 65 years upon arrival at the vaccination appointment.
