COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic TOMORROW 4/27 

Monterey Fire personnel will be administering the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine, which is only authorized for use on those 18 years old or older. The clinic is open:

Tuesday, April 27, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Pacific Grove Youth Center at 302 16th Street

APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To sign-up, go to https://www.caprepmod.org/reg/1092606601
2. Select desired appointment time and provide personal information.
3. Under the insurance information section, please select "No insurance"; there is no cost associated with getting vaccinated.
4. If there is no appointment slot available, please add yourself to the waitlist as we anticipate being able to vaccinate some on that list.
5. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

*Disregard the title of the clinic as Monterey Fire Station 1. Monterey Fire personnel are administering the vaccinations and the correct location is the PG Youth Center.*
