Shoreline Park is the designation applied to those portions of the publicly-owned waterfront not otherwise named from Hopkins Marine Station at its eastern boundary, around the shoreline along Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean, to the foot of Asilomar Avenue (and Asilomar State Beach) to the West.

RECREATIONAL FISHING GUIDELINES

The taking of any marine wildlife is generally prohibited on Pacific Grove coastlines. Recreational fishing of finfish is generally only permitted between The Point Pinos Lightouse and the eastern end of Perkins Park.
