Come get caught up in the excitement of Afro-Brazilian samba drumming and dance!

Class 1 (6:30-7:30), A one-hour drum class, (beginners welcome) focusing on Brazilian percussion and rhythms. This can lead to class performances in local clubs or public events as well as parading Carnival style.
Class 2 (7:30-8:30), Move to the rhythms! Dance to your hearts delight with energizing drumming/percussion and rhythmic music. Occasional guest artists will add spice! No formal instruction on this portion - just a fun, good time guaranteed.

Ages: Adults and Teens, all levels welcome!

AFRP's Good Dog Manners Class is perfect for any dog, puppy through adult, needing a good start in their new home or continued learning in their existing home. You will have fun strengthening the bond with your dog using Reward Based Positive Reinforcement

Techniques: This class will provide help with problem solving and overall house manners as well as teaching you to teach your dog basic commands such as Come When Called, Sit, Down, Stay, Leave it, Wait at the Door, Loose Leash Walking, and more.

This is a space for people to dance, with or without partners, in a free-style manner. Free-style dance is an opportunity to move to a wide range of lively, danceable music inspired by guest DJs. It is smokefree, alcohol-free and definitely family friendly! Wear comfortable clothes, dance shoes or bare feet and bring plenty of water. Transform your energy: rejoice, relax, release, recharge.

This is a gentle exercise program suitable for beginners and intermediate students. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that can also be used to enhance health. Research studies show Tai Chi increase balance, flexibility, and immunity. Thai Chi for Arthritis is the official form of the Arthritis Foundation of the USA and Australia.

Ages: 15 and up. Men and women are welcome
